Khabib Nurmagomedov offers Tony Ferguson $200,000 to combat him far in 2017, a few high-profile UFC fighters seem to take it in their own hands — and mouths — to attempt to make some blockbuster matchups occur even if the organization has to approve them. Nothing has been officially planned out beyond March of the past year, with new possession remaining quiet about strategies for title fights and other blockbuster bouts so far. But on Monday, No. 1 lightweight rival Khabib Nurmagomedov (24-0) took to Twitter to allow No. 2 contender Tony Ferguson (22-3) understand he is ready to put up $200,000 of his own money to make a struggle between them happen since the UFC has not done it to them…Ferguson had previously demanded equal pay to carry on Nurmagomedov despite signing a new deal with the UFC that allegedly prevents that by making the same. UFC president Dana White said the fight wouldn’t happen for this reason though the public is demanding it. The suggested bout would be for the interim lightweight title with present champion Conor McGregor (21-3) from action for another 10 months to concentrate on the birth of his child. Michael Bisping and Tyron Woodley concur to catchweight bout? Yes, current UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping (30-7) and welterweight champ Tyron Woodley (16-3-1) were spotted verbally agreeing to a superfight of varieties in a catchweight of 180 pounds backstage during UFC 207 past Friday at Las Vegas. Both fighters are coming off name defenses at the end of 2016 and right now don’t have new competitions. Bisping posted the movie below on his Instagram account to show the world that he means business. There’s a current opening for a main event at UFC Fight Night 108 at the O2 Arena in London on March 18th, together with Bisping hinting at that as a possible date.
